Thank you for taking the time to help us build this portal. Your submissions are highly valued and treasured. We welcome submissions of all types of information, such as personal narratives, newspaper clippings, photographs, citations to other works, and more. IF YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO UPLOAD A FILE LARGER THAN 5MB WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU E-MAIL THE FILE(S) to nlenstr2@illinois.edu as we are having technical difficulties adding files larger than this size. This form allows us to gather a little bit of information about your submission so that we can add it to the portal. We then ask that you approve a release form so that we can make your submission publicly accessible now and into the future.
